Prefer to track digitally, too?

We created a digital Clinical Hours Tracker to make it easy to organize your clinical and supervision hours in one place.

Use it alongside your planner, or whenever you need a quick digital view of your progress.

The tracker is a Google Sheet. Opening the link below makes your own private copy, saved to your Google Drive. Nobody else can see what you put in it.

Access the Clinical Hours Tracker

Opens in Google Sheets. You will need to be signed in to a Google account.

How to use it

  1. Click the button above. Google will ask if you want to make a copy. Say yes.
  2. The copy is yours. It lands in your own Google Drive. Rename it, edit it, and it stays private to you.
  3. Log as you go. Direct hours, indirect hours, and supervision, so nothing has to be reconstructed from memory at renewal time.
  4. Check your progress. Totals update as you enter, so you can see where you stand against your requirement without doing the arithmetic.

A tracker is an organizational aid, not an official record. Your supervisor and your state licensing board are the authorities on what counts and how much you need, and requirements differ by state and by license type. Always verify against your own board, and keep whatever documentation they require. See our full disclaimer.

It pairs with the planner

Every planner already has space to track daily clinical hours, supervision hours, and supervision takeaways by hand, week by week. The tracker is for when you want the running totals in one view.

Some people prefer paper. Some prefer a spreadsheet. Most end up using both, writing it down in the moment and reconciling digitally later.
